A lot has changed !...and current certification is the key - IAPDA's Continuing Education policy encourages all members who are involved with customer service and sensitive debt negotiations with creditors & collectors to remain current with all industry changes and updates by re-certifying every two years - Consumers, creditors and collectors deserve to work with an IAPDA member who is current with today's debt relief industry - Non-Certified members should not have frontline communication with consumers, creditors or collectors.
