A lot has changed !...and current certification is the key - IAPDA's Continuing Education policy encourages all members who are involved with customer service and sensitive debt negotiations with creditors & collectors to remain current with all industry changes and updates by re-certifying every two years - Consumers, creditors and collectors deserve to work with an IAPDA member who is current with today's debt relief industry - Non-Certified members should not have frontline communication with consumers, creditors or collectors.

*Non-Certified Members - have certifications which have lapsed and are not current, these members may have left the debt relief industry or may work in a different area of their company not requiring their interaction with consumer clients, creditors or collectors. Non-certified members should not be communicating with consumer clients and/or involved in sensitive debt negotiations involving consumer clients and creditors/collectors.
