Companies brandishing the SAFTI Participant logo have taken the time to ensure thorough agent education protocols are met, have subjected themselves to 3rd party compliance testing and are displaying all relevant corporate information so consumers can know exactly who they are. In a world where unscroupulous scamsters are around every corner, this system was created to provide a completely transparent environment where consumers can meet with qualified companies to achive debt freedom in a safe way. Consumers can be certain that if a company is involved in SAFTI, they are not only qualified to meet their needs but are operating their business in an ethical, consumer focused manner. All operating agents will be educated on the latest and most cutting edge compliant consulting protocols and have a complete understanding of the debt industry. They will NOT lie to a consumer or mislead. If they do, they will be held accountable.

All operating agents representing SAFTI must have a comprehensive training program, demonstrating that they are actively involved in agent's continuing education to ensure thorough and accurate consumer consulting.

All companies brandishing the SAFTI Logo have passed an initial application process and provide accurate information about their model, relationships within their vertical and have current, accurate contact information.

All members have agreed to follow all state and federal laws, including the newly passed amendment to the TSR (TeleSales Rules) by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) relating to their business.

All members have agreed to follow best practices in regards to complaint/concern mitigation protocols. If you have a concern regarding a SAFTI Member, please use the form provided on the SAFTI member's page and it WILL be addressed.
