Further Information - PayPal Security and Ordering Procedures

Please review the information below regarding security and new orders using the PayPal Secure Ordering Process:

US customers:

When you input your credit card information, it may be necessary to complete the Order Approval Process by submitting a PayPal Member Number to increase the overall security of the system.

PayPal will charge your credit card $1.95 U.S. Dollars (refunded). The charge will accompany a unique, randomly generated 4-digit Member Number.

If you have online access to your credit card activity, it takes approximately 2-4 business days for the Member Number to appear, depending on the cards issuing bank · If you do not have online access, you must wait until you receive your statement in the mail to check your 4-digit Member Number

If you have added a debit card, your 4-digit Member Number will be printed on your bank statement next to the $1.95 charge

Once you have received your 4-digit Member Number, click https://www.paypal.com/MEM-NUMBER or copy and paste the entire link into the address bar to complete the Membership and Order Approval Process.

Please note:

· Membership Fees completed after 7/9/02 will be credited to your PayPal Account as a bonus. Please note that the $1.95 bonus will be credited to the PayPal account balance within 24 hours of successfully sending a completed payment using the credit card that completed the Membership Process

· PayPal strongly discourages users from calling their credit card companies in order to obtain PayPal Member Number. If PayPal receives a complaint from your card issuer regarding a phone call to your credit card company to obtain the PayPal Member Number, your PayPal Account may be permanently closed

Non-US customers:

Members must input their credit card information and complete the PayPal Order Approval Process to increase the overall security of the system. Once the card is added, you may receive an Initial Sending Limit depending on the amount of information given to PayPal during sign-up.
