IAPDA Member Logo Policy

Important Note: Current IAPDA members are authorized to display the IAPDA Member Logo on their company website and company marketing materials. Due to regulations anticipated from the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the debt relief industry's demand for truth & transparency regarding advertising and company promotion by debt relief providers the IAPDA requires our member's company to display the IAPDA Member Logo that corresponds to the company's current participation in the IAPDA certification program. Displaying an incorrect or outdated Member Logo is not authorized or acceptable. All IAPDA Member logos must be linked to: http://www.iapda.org |

Companies that have over 100 currently certified IAPDA members on staff are authorized to display the Platinum Level Member Logo.

Companies that have between 25 - 99 currently certified IAPDA members on staff are authorized to display the Gold Level Member Logo.
|

|
Companies that have between 10 - 24 currently certified IAPDA members on staff are authorized to display the Silver Level Member Logo.

|
Companies that have between 2 - 9 currently certified IAPDA members on staff are authorized to display the Bronze Level Member Logo.

Companies that have 1 currently certified IAPDA member on staff are authorized to display the Certified Member Logo.

Companies that do not have a currently certified IAPDA member on staff are only authorized to display the IAPDA Member Logo. This is a company whose IAPDA member did not complete the IAPDA Continuing Education program and re-certify. Continuing Education and re-certification is required every two years.

|
Outdated IAPDA Member logos of any kind are no longer authorized to be used for display on any company's website or marketing materials.
